Prior Experience
What is my background?
I have been a qualified nurse for over 20 years.
I hold a BSc in Nursing from Curtin University, along with a Neonatal Intensive Care Certificate. My experience includes work with NETSWA, training nurses and transporting critically ill newborns. Additionally, I’ve taught a statewide newborn resuscitation program for a positive start to life for unresponsive babies.

The Beginnings
Why I started Illuminate
After years in an intense role with incredible families, the weight of challenging experiences took a toll. Trying wrinkle relaxer in 2020 boosted my confidence, and after reflecting on this, I wanted to help others feel amazing. Then COVID hit…. I used this time to learn. and turned my dream into Illuminate Aesthetics!

I completed my training with the internationally recognised services from Derma medical. Having already completed courses in foundation cosmetic injectables and advanced injectables, I built on this with 1:1 training with ‘Fresh Clinics’, an Australian owned clinical support services and educational service specialising in aesthetic medicine.
Since this time I am continually adding to my knowledge base with online training sessions, education and demonstration sessions held by pharmaceutical companies and further 1:1 sessions.
I am a small business so I genuinely care about you and the results we achieve. I believe in ethical practice which means during consultation we talk about the most beneficial treatments not to ones with the highest profit margins. When you see me the money you pay goes into this dream not someone else’s pocket that I work for.
All of my displayed results are genuine, unfiltered and attempt to be as alike in angle as someone with no photography skills can do.
I aim for a natural result. The best bit about this career is making people feel that spark about themselves and that is most often helping with age related volume loss (which sadly affects us all after the age of about 28). Theres nothing better than seeing a patient smile when they look in the mirror, I feel privileged to be apart of that journey.
