I don’t know exactly what I want done, can you help?

Absolutely! We do a consult prior to any procedure so we can discuss your areas of concern and the priorities. Also, not all treatments need to be done in one session, so you may wish to plan to come back every couple of months as you work towards your goals.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand life if busy. You will be sent reminder texts prior to the procedure, and you can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the small holding fee.

How much will injectables hurt? I’m nervous about the pain.

The needle used for antiwrinkle is very fine, and the pain most clients feel is minimal. For clients having lip filler, we can apply a numbing agent prior to treatment to ensure as much comfort as possible. The products also contain lignocaine for patient comfort. Additionally, we have stress balls and a distraction tool for you, and our practitioner is there to assist as much as possible to ensure your comfort.

How long prior to a big event should I come in for best results?

This depends on the event and goals, but a minimum of six weeks is recommended for a single treatment. If you want several placements of filler and wrinkle relaxer, this should be done over several months to ensure you are looking incredible for your event.

How long does wrinkle relaxer last?

This varies from person to person, and those with a higher metabolism will feel effects wear off quicker. If you get wrinkle relaxer regularly you will find you can establish a routine, so that you consistently look fabulous. On average wrinkle relaxer lasts 3-4 months, but it follows what’s called a bell curve – meaning it takes time to take effect, progressively peaks and then wears off.

Can I wear makeup when attending an appointment?

No, we need your face to be clean to reduce risks of infection. If you choose to wear makeup we will have remover wipes available for your use prior to any procedure.

How many units of wrinkle relaxer will I need?

We charge in zones, rather than a per unit pricing. Per zone pricing is used to make the final cost clear, and stop any hidden surprises!

Is it cheaper for more zones of wrinkle relaxer?

It sure is! If you have a look there are package prices for major and minor zones, with a variety of package options available.

I’m pregnant/ breastfeeding, can I undergo treatment?

Unfortunately not. The products used are not TGA approved during pregnancy/ breastfeeding, and there is no research into the safety of this. Enjoy this special time with your young one(s), and we will see you when your pregnancy/ breastfeeding journey is complete.

How old must I be to receive treatment?

Minimum eighteen years. This is an adults only treatment, and as such no minor will be treated.

Will there be bruising or swelling?

The nature of injectables means that both bruising or swelling (post fillers) may occur. This is a natural body response, but rest assured it is temporary.

I have an active cold sore, can I still receive treatment?

If receiving lip filler, you will need to wait until a cold sore has healed for two weeks before we proceed with your appointment. Other procedures can continue as scheduled.
