We’ve made it easy for new clients with a dedicated ‘New Client’ appointment option. This includes a longer session to allow time for a thorough consultation and treatment, if appropriate and you’re ready to proceed.

Our online booking system is available 24/7, so you can book at a time that suits you. Book online.

If I’m in the clinic and have availability, I’m happy to take short-notice bookings. However, because I’m not always on-site, we recommend booking ahead.

The booking fee secures your dedicated appointment time. As a small business, late cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The fee is fully deducted from your treatment or retail purchase, unless our cancellation policy applies.

We provide consultations and treatments for men, women, and non-binary clients.

Treatments are for adults only, so we can’t treat anyone under 18.

Unfortunately, you can’t during this time. The prescribed products used are not TGA approved during pregnancy/breastfeeding and there is no research into the safety of this. Enjoy this time and we will see you when your pregnancy/feeding journey is complete.

Yes, we can show you clinical results during your consultation.

We know life happens! You’ll be sent reminder texts before your appointment, and you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand. Within 24 hours, the booking deposit is forfeited, as we’re unlikely to be able to offer that time to another client.

We accept cash, credit cards (excluding Diners Club), Afterpay, Zip Pay, and TLC (with prior arrangement). You’re welcome to split payment between cash and card. There is no card surcharge.

If you feel more comfortable with a support person, you’re welcome to bring one guest. Please keep in mind that space is limited and our priority is your safety and experience. If a guest becomes distracting, we may ask them to wait outside during your procedure.

As a fellow mum, I understand how hard it can be to organise time for yourself. You’re welcome to bring your child for short appointments (30 minutes or less). They’re usually happily watching a show on your phone and are often better behaved than expected.

We do everything we can to keep you as comfortable as possible. Pain is subjective, so while we can’t promise procedures will be pain-free, we use techniques and tools to minimise discomfort.

Due to regulations set by AHPRA and the TGA, we can only discuss pricing for prescription treatments during a consultation. Pricing for non-prescription services is available via our booking system.

AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) oversees professional standards for healthcare providers.
TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) ensures the safety and effectiveness of medicines and medical devices in Australia.

We’ll cover treatment outcomes and longevity during your consultation, as they vary depending on the procedure and individual factors.

Ideally, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your event. For weddings or milestone occasions, we may suggest planning multiple sessions to refine your results over time.

Unfortunately, you will need to wait until this has healed for 2 weeks before we proceed with your appointment. If you are prone to cold sores we recommend prophylactic treatments of Famciclovir from your local pharmacy when getting lip filler as a precaution.

I do my best to accommodate clients’ needs. With a FIFO partner and three children, flexibility is key. Please message me directly and I’ll do what I can to find a suitable time.

No. Australian regulations require all products used in treatment to meet strict safety and quality standards. We only use genuine, clinically approved products sourced through regulated suppliers.

I am a Registered Nurse with over 23 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curtin University. My clinical background includes neonatal nursing before transitioning into cosmetic nursing in 2022. I continue to upskill with 2–4 short courses a year, along with regular webinars, in-person training, and reading. This is a rapidly evolving field, and ongoing education is essential to providing safe, effective treatments.
