- Transaction details required for your payment of products and services.
- Before and after photography for your medical file, and videography used during consultation process with a qualified general practitioner determined by Illuminate Aesthetics consultation program with Fresh Clinics Australia.
- Your relevant medical history required for a safe and thorough consultation prior to any procedures.
- If you choose not to disclose this information, we may not be able to provide service.

We may use cookies to collect information about your visit to our website www.iluminateaesthetics.au, and any other relevant social media site Illuminate Aesthetics has a business page on. We gather your information via servers, electronic storage, and portable data devices (laptop, mobile, tablets), and aim to prevent misuse, unauthorised access, and/ or modification of this information. Where no longer required to keep a record of your personal information, we will de-identify or destroy it.
Accessing and correcting personal information
