Looking after yourself

Post procedure care

Antiwrinkle

Filler

No exercise for 24 hrs post treatment
Avoid alcohol the day in which wrinkle relaxer is applied
Don’t rub or apply pressure to area
No makeup for 4 hrs post treatment due to infection risk
Stay upright for 4 hrs and try to sleep on your back the day of the procedure
For small bruising you can use Hirudoid or Arnica creams.

Don’t forget – treatment takes up to 14 days to take effect. If any areas require a ‘top up’ we can arrange this via our booking system.

No exercise for 48hrs post fillers.
No rubbing or scrubbing the area for a week
Sleep on your back the day on which filler is applied
No make up on the day of treatment
Bruising/ tenderness may occur, this may be treated with ice. Bruising can be treated with Hirudoid or Arnica creams
Paracetamol is recommended for mild discomfort/ pain
